Water-link is the largest producer of drinking water in Flanders and the largest supplier of drinking water in the Antwerp region.
In the annual report 2020 of water-link the successful innovation project is mentioned, in which Robotic Process Automation (UiPath) was applied to automate financial processes. We are proud of the results that the water-link and robonext teams realized together.
Within the Finance Back Office department we robotized 10 repetitive processes related to payment tracking and invoicing.
In the meantime, the robot is part of the water-link team and RPA saves many hours of administrative work every day.
