Robonext is now officially recognized as Microsoft implementation partner, specifically for Power Platform implementation services. Robonext was already a partner of the Greek RPA vendor Softomotive before its acquisition by Microsoft. Now that Softomotive’s products are being incorporated into Microsoft’s Power Platform offering, robonext is proud to become Power Platform implementation partner.
Microsoft announced the acquisition of Softomotive, a Greek RPA vendor, on May 15, 2020. Softomotive has more than 15 years of experience in the RPA market. By combining Softomotive’s desktop automation and the existing Power Automate capabilities, at uniquely affordable pricing, Microsoft is democratizing RPA and enabling everyone to create software robots to automate manual business processes. Microsoft Power Automate is a part of the Power Platform, the low code platform that contains various components, which can be used independently of each other, but which also offer powerful possibilities in combination with each other to automate and digitize business processes.
Johan De Mulder, CTO and co-founder of robonext: “Softomotive was a robonext partner since 2019. In 2018, we identified WinAutomation as one of the best available RPA tools during a comprehensive evaluation of RPA technology. Since then, we have implemented this tool for many customers across different sectors. We see the acquisition of Softomotive as a recognition by Microsoft of the RPA market. We are glad to continue our partnership with Microsoft and to help our customers in tapping the value of this great technology. Our engineers are intimately familiar with both the original Softomotive product and Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop).”
