This onsite training in Dutch, organized by NCOI Learning and powered by robonext, is a general introduction to Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Together with the other participants, you will identify use cases for RPA within your own organization. Moreover, you will get a technical introduction that allows you to grasp the basics of RPA development and that enables you to build your own bots.
Content:
- Through live demo’s and practical use cases, you will understand the possibilities of RPA
- You will systematically map which of your business processes can be robotized
- You will learn to quantify the feasibility and potential of the RPA applications
- You will gain insight into a realistic business case of RPA for your organization
- You will receive a technical introduction to some RPA software tools during a hands-on session. This gives you insight into development and gives you a taste of the various software platforms, such as UiPath and Microsoft.
- You will also learn to build a simple robot yourself
Target group:
RPA is interesting for both large and medium-sized companies, in different sectors and various departments within a company. Particpants typically have one of the following roles:
- program managers / project managers
- operational managers
- Lean Six Sigma / Lean Blackbelt Experts
- process managers, innovation and transformation managers
